There is good evidence to show that you will be less prone to many life threatening diseases. Getting fit helps you feel better. For most of us getting fit is a long-term project. You will need determination, get the first month over with and into a daily routine. Before you know it you will start to enjoy it. By reducing your calorific intake and increasing calorie burn, you should expect a weight loss in the region of one or two pounds a week. You need to exercise and not just diet to reep the benefits. You must exercise on a regular basis. Ideally, three workouts per week, up to a maximum of five. Start off easy and build up the intensity and duration. Stay motivated, find yourself a good workout or exercise you like, with the people you enjoy training with. With the help of everyone in the above class it is easy to stay motivated. Stick to your diet and set realistic goals |
